Q: Can I return my book, journal or apparel?
A: Returns can only be accepted for new and unused books or journals. Products must be in their original selling condition, no marks, tears, damage or use of any kind. Digital products and apparel cannot be returned or refunded.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Returns should be submitted through our contact form and must be done within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with a return address and instructions.
Q: What do I include with my return?
A: Include a copy of either your email confirmation or your packing slip with your return. Please provide all contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email) on your paperwork if it is not already stated on your packing slip or order confirmation.
Q: How will you process my refund?
A: Please note that refunds can only be made to the original payment method. We do not provide checks. If refunds cannot be made to the original payment method, we will provide store credit.
Q: Does the refund include the shipping costs?
A: No, shipping and handling for returns are not refunded. For all returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Q: Will I get a return label?
A: Customers are responsible for shipping costs and are encouraged to seek cost effective options (i.e. shipping carrier, shipping method). Please expect an $8 return fee to be excluded from the total of the refund even if your order was processed with free shipping.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: All orders are processed right away. Cancellations may not be available due to this immediate shipping processing time, however, we will try to accommodate your request as best as possible. Once your order is fulfilled for shipping, we are unable to process a cancellation request.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are processed Mondays thru Fridays during normal business hours. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If an order is placed on any of these days, your order will be processed the next business day.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we can only ship orders to addresses within the United States and Canada.
